Terms of Service
For commercial use:
1. License: By purchasing and downloading the digital photograph/s, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the photograph/s for commercial purposes limited to your business. This includes the right to display, store, and make copies of the photograph/s for promotional and marketing purposes related to your business.
2. Restrictions: You are not allowed to resell or redistribute the digital photograph/s. You may not use the photograph/s for any other commercial purposes outside of your business. You may not alter, modify, or create derivative works based on the photograph/s without prior written consent from the photographer or copyright owner.
3. Accreditation: When using the digital photograph/s for promotional or marketing purposes, you agree to credit the photographer or copyright owner by including the following accreditation: "Photo by [Shoaib Shabir www.shoaibshabir.com]" or "© [SSHABIR MEDIA www.shoaibshabir.com]" on Websites, Tag "@sshabir" when posting on social media platforms such as Instagram. This accreditation should be prominently displayed whenever the photograph/s are used in public-facing materials such as websites, social media posts, or printed materials.
4. Ownership: The digital photograph/s is protected by copyright law and is owned by the photographer or copyright owner. Your digital download purchase does not transfer ownership or copyright of the photograph/s to you. This means you cannot claim the photograph/s as your own work, sell the copyright, or use the photograph/s in a way that infringes on the copyright owner's rights.
5. Refunds: Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final with no refunds or exchanges available once the digital photograph/s has been purchased.
6. Liability: The photographer or copyright owner shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct damages (such as loss of profit), indirect damages (such as loss of reputation), incidental damages (such as legal fees), special damages (such as loss of data), or consequential damages (such as business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the digital photograph.
For personal use:
